Lara Keel 83rd Session Update: HB 12
House Bill No. 12 is a proposed state exemption from several current federal regulation(s) regarding firearms, firearm accessories, and ammunition. Otherwise, it will take effect on the 91st day after the last day of this year’s legislative session.
